Difference between Designers and Homeowners

August 08, 2017

Sherwin- Williams conducted a study on the differences between Designers and Homeowners when it comes to interior paint colours. Homeowners say they would like to see more vibrant colours used throughout their home. Designers on the other hand, say grey is the choice they like best followed by blue, white, green and brown. Designers said their clients would prefer to keep the neutrals in the bathrooms and bold choice in a bedroom. Designers feel the opposite; neutrals should remain in rooms that one would find relaxing while bold colours should be in a room with less occupancy.
