MOST POPULAR QUESTIONS

To ensure accuracy in fulfilling your order, usually 3-5 business days to process your order. Some products do have longer lead times.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Many of our products are available as samples. Use the "Order Sample" button to order and we will ship them directly to your door.

All products have a "vendor" indicated on their page, you must choose a location from that vendor.

For example - Olympia Tile prodcuts can only be picked up at Olympia Tile locations.
Prosol Products can only be picked up from Prosol locations.

No, we do not ship to the US.

If you are located in the US and we have a product available that you are looking for then you must make your own shipping arrangements. We can give you locations, dimensions and weights for you to obtain a quote.

Bold will not be responsible for anything beyond preparing the order for pickup.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All sales through Bold are final, and are not subject to refunds. Bold will reach out in an attempt to return the materials to the supplier and any accepted returns will be credited less our restocking fee (25%).

We will ship out your order as soon as possible, based on product availability from our suppliers. Usually ships within 3-5 business days. 

We only offer shipping in Ontario, but a number of our suppliers have pickup locations across Canada. We can also have some products shipped to partner warehouses.

We operate entirely online and therefore do not have our own facility for pickup. By not keeping stock on hand, we are able to keep our prices competitive through low overhead. However, you can save on delivery costs by picking up your order for free from most of our supplier locations.

Warranty and Services

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase, but when you place an order as a visitor you need to enter your personal information so that we can verify your identity when you receive your order.
